Approx 2 meters wide printed versions of these photos was hanging in a narco-nest-looking room in the inner dorms of the facilities. Two sacco-bags were on the floor in front of a TV playing a clip from the Norwegian morning TV-show God Morgen Norge! (Good Morning Norway!)
Sadly, some students that occupied the facilities in what was meant as an collaboration, fucked them both up during a party. An example of Norwegian drinking habits and poor education of the soul. Smitte found the incident somewhat poetic seen related to the surrounding concept of the exhibition.

God Morgen Norge! was a kind of festival in the middle of the main street in Halden, Norway. Smitte borrowed some broke down facilities from a rel estate-shark and got dead drunk whilst spontaneously arranging field study-trips in Halden, constructing the concept. The facilities were quite big and we filled it with images from the local newspaper, Smittes poster collection, some images was painted, walls were filled with coloring-book-like drawings for the public to color, we had a beach (called Tsunami”on the floor filled with used condoms, beer-bottles, seeweds, flees and garbage. Big windows facing the main street were filled with introverted writings and large drawings with typical motifs and situations often described with the Norwegian word and state of mind “hygge” (eng: cosy).
Bands such as Nanny´s Super Tricks and Now&Sleep gave wonderful concerts and we published a compendium that can be downloaded HERE (Only in Norwegian)
It was an interesting week although few besides our friends, some drunks and neurotics and of course..the students from the town college referred to above, entered the show despite the great location. Curiosity kills the cat.
